UPDATED MISSOURI WORKERS COMPENSATION RATES 2018

Every year, the Missouri Division of Labor updates the maximum rates that can be paid in a workers compensation case.
For injuries or occupational diseases happening between July 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019, the maximum rate for temporary total disability is $947.64,
If you are injured on the job and unable to work, you are entitled to two-thirds of your average weekly wage up to $947.64.
The maximum rate for permanent partial disability for injuries or occupational diseases happening between July 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019, is $496.38.
Thus, if you have a permanent disability but can still work, your final award is figured using two-thirds or your average weekly wage up to $496.38.
The maximum rate for permanent total disability is $947.64.
Thus, if you have an injury or occupational disease between July 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019, and the injury or disease is so severe that you cannot work at any job, the rate for figuring your disability is $947.64.
In order to figure your rate, what you were paid in the 13 weeks before the injury is used for the calculation.
